It does sound to good to be true. It does sound fishy. I am very skeptical. There have been many scams out there. I have never seen this before either. Fortunately I found out about it. Others did not. As much as I think the company met their obligations to notify us, others do not. I don't like the way they did it either. Doesn't make it illegal. But if it is go do something. I am behind whatever decision comes if it. My own daughter missed out. Good luck to those folks. I mean that in the most sincere way. .But complaining about it doesn't help. Well not here Lol. Go see an attorney.

For those fortunate to have taken advantage of the free shares, did I mention they were free, why are they complaining? They got to keep all of their old shares. And yes once the reverse happens those who still own the original shares, assuming the price drops right away as many here have predicted will practically be worthless. But to sit here and complain about something that we got for nothing in the name of trying to protect us from the serious shorting that is happening is silly. If one does not want the preferreds, throw them in the trash. But why are they complaining. They were free.

I am most definitely not a spokesman. I want fairness just like everyone else. Just here does little good.

Thanks for listening to me. I truly am going to go away. Lol. Good luck to all and I will see some at the bank. I hope.
