This states that MAXIMUM YIELD is 80%.
There is nothing implied that they are OPERATING with this yield.
A normal SCRAP rate is 3 to 10 percent.

Most likely, they are operating at a yield which, including scrap rate, is less than 70 percent.

This is what should be distinguished.
