You tell us. What are the possibilities? The fact that stock promoter Jeffrey Bruhjell and his friends make up much much more of the holdings is the primary concern. Jeffrey Bruhjell took 6.6 million shares for the failed 2011 ReNon solar deal and did not return them to GIMU, so he had a nice head start. Bruhjell was the 1st ceo since the last management. He did not disclose that to the public until many months later when Bruhjell made his former IR person (from Bruhjell's former Indocan Resources scam) the "ceo" of GIMU.
