Could be a few reasons for the silence regarding Wayne's departure... I think people were hammering him for not doing anything notable to push sales. My guess is (and yes this is speculation) that all the avenues to grow sales and distribution required the one thing WDK and MOPN didn't have - cash. So, WDK did the next best thing - coordinated a 'merger' (which is in reality a buyout by all appearances).

The question now is - what will be left to MOPN shareholders?
