Yeah, it looks like on June 9th they could totally bring it back down to no bid with all those free shares. They're loaded and ready to dilute. Pretty ridiculous. Especially if the preferred shares are converted at a multiplied rate into common stock, some companies do this... I don't know if FRCN does.
