It is my understanding that mcic would be a reseller. "The company’s executives have broadened their reach globally to be able to offer crude oil, Jet Fuel, D2, and other petroleum commodities directly from the refineries". Where would the need for infrastructure requiring that type of financing be required? I am not familiar enough with the oil industry to answer that. Do you have an idea ?
