The first part I know about, if I believe all the posters about dilution. But, I have also wondered for a long time, a few months of higher trading numbers since the Feb 14 announcement of the GRO-International deal, about cooperation between parties to allow shares to be purchased at lowball prices.
So, who is buying and why? Hundreds of millions of shares bought by ??? Market Makers? Day traders? I don't buy either of those two as they would have no assurance of making much with little volatility.
