MJNA does NOT own Dixie Elixirs & Edibles. Not everyone knew or even knows now:

We absolutely do own Dixie. If someone were to say MJNA ill pay you one billion dollars to shut down Dixie elixirs completely. Get it off every shelf in the world. MJNA owns 60% and would therefore be able to do exactly that. So how so we not own it...

No, MJNA owns 60% of Red Dice Holdings, and Dixie Elixirs owns the other 40%. RDH owns the brand and allows Dixie Elixirs to use it for free for now and maybe one day we will learn about how they might get royalties from them in the future. For now, RDH benefits only from royalties on CBD, not THC. Dixie Elixirs makes THC products that don't benefit RDH or MJNA.

I posted this example of misleading because another poster thinks that MJNA has misled investors, and they have, in many ways.

In my article, I pointed out that MJNA described the RDH and Dixie relationship properly in its filings, but when it came to press releases or audio interviews, this wasn't the case. I provided yet another example of this: Tripp Keber lying, in black and white. The company lying, in black and white.
