What YOU are SAYING I already knew in 2012 BEFORE I bought MJNA shares.

The POINT is that YOU are SAYING that MJNA "MISLEAD" investors about THIS and that MJNA "LIED" to them about this already known fact.

In 2012, myself and many other MJNA investors ALREADY knew what you are SAYING about the business relationship between MJNA and Dixie Elixir. BUT, YOU are now SAYING that MJNA "MISLEAD" and "LIED" investors about this relationship--which myself and many other investors already knew about before we bought MJNA.
