Anotherwords I am not sure that they have to treat all shareholders equal. It depends on the bylaws of the company and what deals have been struck.



BYLAWS ? IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH COMPANY BYLAWS .
IT HAS TO DO WITH SEC RULES AND REGULATIONS IN WHICH ANDI HAS ALLEGEDLY VIOLATED MANY.
