Firstly, the SEC was not created to supervise banking institutions, as this fell under the Glass Steagall Act, and not the Securities Banking Act of 1934. Secondly, if you review my previous postings to you, you will not find in them any hinting that the SEC is without flaw in their monitoring the U.S securities industry. I have no problem in that you don't give them as high a grade in their watch dog efforts as I do. Thirdly, I am flattered that you took the time to probably skim over some of my previous postings on other boards. Fourthly, for an individual such as yourself whose back ground is lacking trading experience and competency, I urge you to read Posting # 59172 on Mohascy's Safe Portfolio Member Forum. Here I outline some trading strategies, that even novices like yourself to the trading end of the business, should be able to grasp. Until you really develop a practical understanding of how the trading game is played, you will continue to play on the professional's turf, and out of necessity, (like a fish out of water) be forced to ask other posters on stock tout boards, (who more than likely don't know any more than you do), just how to implement trading strategies. There's no substitute for experience in mastering and implementing trading strategies, my friend, and this is where you fall short. GLTU
