If you don't know what my point is i'm sorry but you can't be much of a professor.

I'll spell it out for you.

1. Your argument was that there isn't manipulation/criminal behavior in the markets because apparently the SEC is a wonderful, excellent regulatory group - lol...

2. I provided you with just small sample of perfect examples that such behavior happens, that the sec knows it does ie its link to reporting it on its own website/

3. The last example was proof that the big players that you said dont manipulate clearly do. Whether its equities, futures, libor, CMO's, whatever the security, if there is an oppty to profit from unscrupulous behavior they will try it.

4. The sec fails to catch the majority of it simply because the best and brightest dont work there, resources are limited, and traders are just pretty damn good for the most part at masking it.

From now on, try and understand you dont know what you are talking about, you have very little knowledge of the reality of the markets, and you clearly lack logic because my responses have addressed and refuted everything you've said and you come back with "silver futures are different from equities"?

lol...wow...and you're a professor?

logic:

argument was about manipulation
you said it doesnt happen
i proved you wrong with examples

wow...logic lacking.
