There are quite a few publicly trading companies making the same type(s) of "announcements". This trait is non-specific to SKTO; however, your persecution would appear to be. Arguing with you (or anyone) about the lawfulness to conduct business within the MMJ market would be diatribe. There are undoubtedly risks involved and it would be ignorant to become invested without acknowledging those risks. While some might choose to continue crying and manipulating the perceived value of this stock, I'll continue to invest my own money however I see fit.
