SKTO Announce Plans To Violate The Law.......LINKS!

Why would they publicly announce their plans? That's like asking apple to tell google about their new phone before its complete. Duh. Yeah let's tell our competitors what were doing......wow brah think about it.

SK3 Group, Inc. announced today that it has secured an aggregate of over 40 acres of real estate in Southern California to develop indoor and outdoor state-of-the-art growing facilities for the collectives it is managing. The real estate will enable the collectives to maintain a perpetual harvest all year long.

SK3 Group, Inc. announces that it has secured an additional 10 acres of real estate in Northern California to develop and manage state-of-the-art growing facilities for its member collectives.

They have announced their intent to break the law more than once. Like you asked, why announce publicly? Medical Greens could have remained private and kept this to themselves.

Check this from CNBC........

Washington's marijuana consultant, Mark Kleiman, said he was skeptical.

"It's very hard for me to understand why anybody seriously interested in being in the marijuana business, which after all is against the federal law, would so publicly announce his conspiracy to break that law," said Kleiman, a professor of public policy at the University of California, Los Angeles.

NORML says this is illegal. Releasing PR's announcing their intent would make it "blatantly illegal", would it not?

Possession, sale, distribution and transportation of marijuana, medical or otherwise, remain completely illegal under federal law.

Another federal weapon against medical marijuana is property forfeiture. Federal law allows the government to forfeit real estate from owners or landlords who let it be used for marijuana distribution or cultivation.

Some want MORE regulations. When implemented, they will then blame
Capitalism for the consequences.....again!
