I think it's fair to question that if you can't seem to keep your own life straight and have 8 charges against you than your odds of running a successful startup may not be that great either. It's clearly been an issue over the last four months as we've went from complete transparency to total silence as we slid from $.0065 to $.0019 earlier today. Now, good news can't even move this up.
