Even if they had filed in Florida on May 9 same time it was filed with the SEC it still couldn't be "effective" until at least May 29 per SEC rules.

Maybe AEGY insiders don't know what they did is illegal.
Maybe they don't know the AS increase has to be filed in Florida.


Probably the "huge news tomorrow,"
"The increase to 2.5B has been filed."

Will that be the case? We'll find out tomorrow.

One thing for sure, for a "company" that so many were suggesting that "they were slapping the ask and everybody else should too" while providing links to false "daily short numbers"
AEGY sure has been falling like a rock.
