The whisper number for a Microsoft settlement was $500 million not $1 million plus probably another $30 to $50 million for 5% of google settlement....so we lost that but we have hope of Russell 2000 addition and or a surprisingly big award from the Judge when he rules. Wish they said they settled with Microsoft but the terms were confidential.
