re your "Peregrine owns the IP land," comment, can you expand for someone new to the board? I am reading many of your past posts, and learning, but this comment goes in a new direction for me.

In a new technology category, it's possible for an innovator to get a lot of patents,making it difficult for follow on competitors. Are you saying that the bav IP carves out a new category of research? For example, are you saying that, even if the trials founder, the IP is such that it extends well beyond the more narrow scope of the bavi trials and research?

If you could expand, it will be much appreciated for anyone new to researching the stock. Thanks.
