No one "knows" what this company will be...

in six months, a year etc... We do know what it has been and there are varying opinions as to what it is now. The "fact" is this company was "proven" to be a scam in some manner or fashion years ago. Like with most penny stock scams there were innocent bystanders but the scam actually reached criminal proportions and officers were sent to prison. As one would expect, the share price crashed from around $5 at one time to where it is today. During this process we saw a revolving door of people involved with keeping what had already been proven to be a scam alive. The characters ranged from lawyers to marines. Just as this company has tried everything from std kits to home building to hotzones to money cards it also seems there is an endless supply of willing participants to keep it on life support. And why not! Other than Tim Huff's immediate gang, as long as you don't cross the line there has always been money here to be made by those pulling the strings on the inside. For everyone like Huff that actually paid a price there are probably ten or more insiders that lined there pockets along the way. While I don't think it's ethical, it is technically legal as long as you don't cross the line.

So here we sit today still on life support, nothing new there, a new cast of characters, nothing new there and a new carrot to hang in front of investors, nothing new there. Of course some will say it's different this time, nothing new there they've been saying it for a decade. I really think a high percentage of shareholders figured this out years ago and realize what the company really is and if they can time there buys and sells can make money along with the insiders. Nothing illegal about that either. Unfortunately this day in age with the ease misleading information can be spread about investments there are many that get caught up in these schemes that have no idea what is going on or even know the history of companies like this.

But now at least there is the opportunity to spread both sides of the story and as usual it is buyer beware in penny stock land.
