Spree, At this point in time I tend to disagree with this statement

I am no naysayer but if you read the 10K that $400 million is in question, at least for now. NOK/Samsung may very well contest their agreements which it appears they have a right to so we may not get that $400 mill near as quickly as I had hoped, and it may not be $400 million when we get it. I hope we are all just being a bunch of nervous nellies but it is looking like this could be a problem that takes some time to sort out.
