Making and agreement with msft on search would have no bearing on google other than to pressure them into a good settlement.

Buddy I spent 15 yrs working in Investment Banking for a Bulge Bracket firm, I understand the value in transparency in the public markets, when you NEED to disclose material events, when its advatageous to do so.

1. You don't know anything for certain and your comment about being certain something behind the scenes is pure congecture and a hail mary thats going to miss because the clock is running out before the snap.

2. Dont claim certainty when its your hope that makes zero sense.
