Ummmm...heres a thought:

They dont want to tip there hand with any ruling right now and with appeals coming up.

Ummm they have the best patent lawyers on the planet

Ummmm generally silence like this is GOOD for stockholders in the long run

UMMMM maybe they are still formalizing things that will be made available after JJs ruling

UMMMMM this is NOT an adversarial arrangement---what dont you naysayers get here? THis is BIG BIG BIG news. FOr MS to give up patents---and smiling handshake agreements---people, I am in the red and frustrated as anyone that i cant cash a portion out, i am very heavily invested--but please be more big-picture thinking.

If a monetary settlement was worth more--they would have done that---but they didnt. They wanted these patents and they got them---move the trees and look at the forest!!!

The ONLY thing we know for sure---is that there is something big brewing behind the scenes. Loose lips sink companies (especially those in litigation)
