Looks to me that guys like this, are actually the ones who pull the strings on these penny promotions.

Since I began dabbling in these US penny plays, I've had to acquire a rather large collection of investigative reporter books. Now I just have to open one of my US source books to locate the contact information for any US goverment agency .

It's amazing to what extent the penny insiders will go to even hide the basic share structure of their companies.
