Why don't you JUST go buy a Ferrari right now? Why not?? maybe because, at this very moment, you can't afford it? maybe Frank doesn't have the dough right now to buyback. maybe he doesn't give a rats ass about the pps right now? And, by the way you worded your post, I think you have your PR's mixed up. Frank never said he was "buying shares up to .01." There was a PR with INVESTORS reportedly buying stock in QBID up to a pps of .01.

I have the feeling you are yet ANOTHER individual with an agenda and I got suckered into responding to you.
