Financing BIEL is not rocket science - would do it myself.
Mr. Whelan, you pledge every share you and friends and family own, plus your IP, plus your inventory, FF&E and receivables and a personal guarantee, plus your sister Mary, and I put half a million in - I would do that deal all day long. Many on this board already have that much skin in the game without the collateral. But, IMO for an institution to come into play now, something may be up. I don't need to know what that may be, just the presence of the paper is positive, particularly immediately following the FDA meeting. Seems to me that just the fact that an institution will play should raise the price, especially these days when financing is so difficult to complete anywhere in the world. Hard to bash this news.
