Maybe...but with a buyout from somebody like Lockheed, Ferris will lose all control. If they went private...VirTra would still be his being the largest shareholder. At this point I don't think Mr Ferris is ready to step aside. I'm not saying it's going to happen...but it does seem the trend...when inside management don't think their company is being valued at fair prices. I thought Dell would be public until Mr. Dell sold or retired? Several microcaps have gone private too.
