Thanks for the confirmation Renee...The only thing i can see is that they may try to vend in the former intellectual property(which was always worthless) to some new scam in exchange for free paper..
Nevertheless the SEC will be informed of any activity just to ensure that a repeat does not occur.Furthermore an action has been underway for some time now from several big bagholders against certain officers that hold insurance licenses and were in direct conflict of interest.( as they solicited there own book of business with false and misleading statements to dump there paper)This has been brought to the attention of the Quebec Securities Commission aka AMF,but has yet to produce any relevant results....

I shall keep you informed especially if we need to get the SEC involved again..
