You're absolutely correct, Serfcorp, once TEVI's registration was revoked the stock will never trade again. TEVI can always go through the filing processes to obtain a new stock registration but the former shareholders of the revoked stock would have no rights and entitlements to any new stock.
Of course, if TEVI or any other revoked stock ever obtained new stock registrations with new CUSIP the former shareholders could sue the company for their losses in the former stock.
