You've lost me mate, what you trying to say. Everything they have promissed on previous pump and dumps has never materialized, it's a bloody hoax to get people to buy shares. The insiders can't sell their worthless shares if there are no buyers.
This Company are top of the pops in the scam world. They don't have a dime to their name.
