funds will not dump unless its bad news ie 3.5% of 2.9%. they don't 'panic'

if the case above happens, well everyone will be dumping and its a sell off as i mentioned not a bear raid.

so my point still holds...no bear raid can happen unless we get a ruling thats out of left field and even then its not a bear raid its a sell off they are two very different things.
