That is one way to do it but, lets look a little deeper
from the filing.
Team Members that are patients of the Whole Foods Market Medical and Wellness Center facility (from filing)
Then from this we see that company is piloting at five locations across the country – Wellness Clubs.
So I really don't know how much the subscript is.

we do see in the filing this.
Subscriptions will be charged at a rate of $[***] per Team Member pursuant to Exhibit A.
So this leaves me with little room for speculation on how much mmrg is
getting from each one. (sigh)
