It Appears Starboard Won the Battle for control of the Board.

Overall, I think this will be good for investors, especially in the short term. The secrecy of the previous management (going so far as to say they would no longer give guidance), seems to have been their downfall, especially when combined with promises surrounding the potential of Digital Optics that never seemed to materialize.

IMHO, I think the new BOD will force the company to focus more on monetizing their IP more aggressively, and will make better business decisions wrt DOC.

I would not be surprised to see TSRA in the 30's later this year.
