In all probability, JBII will need to raise additional funds. At this point how it will be done is not known. A PIPE could possibly be done but it is totally unknown at what price it could be done. Also, between now and then things could happen that could increase the PPS and therefor allow the PIPE to be done at a higher price. That is just unknown at this point.
