I think it would be hard to find enough PIPErs at $0.10/share to raise $1-$2M.

It's not just that all the previous PIPErs are underwater, but they can't even unload what they have at a loss without crushing the PPS.


My guess is that another PIPE is not in the cards. Some other form of toxic financing is next.
