Too bad really, because if the Pascua Lama operations in Chile would've been suspended indefinitely due to environmental concerns (or for any reason, really), then Jorge indirectly would've achieved something he's wanted for quite some time.... Barrick (Pascua) shut down in Chile. Wouldn't necessarily have had anything to do with JL's accusations of fraud, but effective nonetheless.

Since nobody would be working in the vicinity of Pascua Lama, it would've stood to reason that the stage would be set for JL/MSX to step up to the plate and get their burros, picks, and shovels, and start chipping away at the claims JL says are his. It'd be the perfect time to start putting MSX's money where Jorge's mouth is and show everybody the Mina Pascua gold.

Should start sampling anyway IMO and let Barrick continue to get into trouble over at Pascua Lama.... it may go on for years yet.
