Besides Mr. Bucchi, does any BOD member have shareholder's interests at heart. The three amigos can keep running the raises and options past us as long as no one tries to stop them. We could use Phil back and some new board members to represent our interests. Seriously, what do any of these guys contribute.

Keep Greenlee,Eaton,Lou B.,Babu,Leonberger, maybe Turpin( not sure what he does for us) and Tom Zelibor. The rest are deadwood.

A few of us have already tried to help the company in different ways. I might be a negative here(realist) but I have at least spent a few years trying to offer advice and people. Still trying to connect the dots.
