I agree with you completely. The patent acquisition agreement was filed with the SEC several years ago and says energy-related markets. EMHI is trying to lay claim to the cement plant market but it's very hard to see how the agreement would cover that. Considering GTGP has been involved in developing the market for MBS use in cement plants at considerable cost to GTGP shareholders I'll argue in favor of GTGP over EMHI on the cement plant issue.
