This purchase opens the door for EMHI's entry into the air and ash pollution markets. The Company is focusing on coal burning power and cement plants with emphasis on mercury and other toxic metal emissions and the impact of expected tighter pollution regulations on both mercury emissions and disposal. The terms and conditions of the contract will be disclosed in a subsequent public filing.

I understand the power plant part in the PR link above, BUT, from 5-23-2011:

A second Joint Venture agreement with Solucorp (by GTGP) covers all applications of the MBS technology use with the exclusion of energy related projects. CEMENT is NOT energy-related in any form, and it was specifically stated in that agreement with Solucorp. CEMENT BELONGS TO GTGP IMO.

Do you see what I am saying.......GTGP's agreement with Solucorp was for just about everything EXCEPT power plants, and CEMENT PLANTS ARE NOT POWER PLANTS, so why now is this being mentioned in the most recent PR by EMHI?

A valid, consummated, and PAID FOR contract by EMHI with Solucorp will give EMHI their ENERGY-RELATED/POWER PLANT rights, but CEMENT BELONGS TO GTGP. AND if this valid, consummated, and PAID FOR contract by EMHI takes place, THEN GTGP's JV with EMHI will be in full effect for the POWER PLANT market.

All of this is only going by what I have read. We all know how little ANYONE is actually releasing to keep the $GTGP/$SLUP/$EMHI shareholders apprised of anything. The only ones who know anything for sure only feed us morsels at best. Continual confusion, even when we think we understand what they are doing.
