In any normal startup penny the pps would go crazy and even in WDRP two years ago it would have.

Right , but nobody knows about the tests other than the ppl who follows them in FB and ppl on this board, no public announcement have been made, so is still flying under the radar, wait until something is made public in a PR and I bet you , you will start to see a lot of old and new faces on the board again.
