Yep, the BK is exactly what they all wanted, just look at who it benefited.

And the de facto CDEx mouthpiece claims it was the fault of "MP and his buddies".

They eliminated their debt, got rid of shareholders, and pocketed a sheet load of new treasury shares.

All planned out well in advance of when MP allegedly forced
the BK.
