If this PR had been about any other subject but PEMF and FDA, it would have been a game-changer and have affected the price five or ten-fold. Best I can think of is Whelan somehow using some of the money raised by dilution to do whatever it takes to get off the Pinks, hire a world-class PR firm and release whatever GRO-International has been up to. I remain convinced the Pinks is not the place to be at all! I'm wondering if Whelan really is an American with the standard winning attitude required for success.
