generally longs that post here agree that IPRU is about to merge
with Cigar & Spirits (who could possibly announce this merger at their gathering in cali. on Friday.)

seems like an entity is buying all of VFIN's inventory. who and why is the next question. insiders buying back shares or shorts covering before the big announcement? VFIN showed up and overall has been selectively selling to bids that don't appear on level2 for quite awhile now. minimum of 40 mil has been sold this way. They have not been straight dumping on the bid like they do on most other stocks they ride the ask on. its been very strange.

check the accum/dist. big, quiet accumulation been happening for awhile now.

longs and insiders hold the shares here and are patiently, lol, or not, waiting for the payoff. seems like it should be anytime.
