1 FFGO can file an 8k 2 although FFRO is not a registered corp. they are still a legal entity, with the ability to reinstate corp. status, and even if they don't they can still continue to facilitate any unfinished business generated while a registered corp. per the laws of the state of incorporation. FFGO is no longer a legal on going concern (the entity), FFGO is now defunct. The corporation is dissolved. FFGO has no legal place of business, FFGO has no business license to operate in any state

FFGO can not continue or conduct any business or enter in any corporate actions unless its involving the liquidation of the corporation within a limited time frame before the state of WY removes the corporation for abandonment

FFGO is gone .. the old management crew ran off with share holders money almost 3 years ago and can not be located or contacted
