1 FFGO can file an 8k 2 although FFRO is not a registered corp. they are still a legal entity, with the ability to reinstate corp. status, and even if they don't they can still continue to facilitate any unfinished business generated while a registered corp. per the laws of the state of incorporation. These are real and verifiable FACTS!
