So what do you think his real purpose is? To settle on claims of $1k per spam? There is no way he can ever even get an offshore entity to show up to court. Since it is impossible to get money, what is the true purpose? He really cares about stopping spam from promoters?

If he truly wanted spam money he would sue those Viagra spams.
