And people seem to still be oblivious as to how MM's manipulate stocks and cover shorts at this level...

Is there anyone out there that tell me the logical reason why anyone from Etrade (MM ETRF) would put a sell up for 40K shares at .015... a full .0022 below what was the current ASK.

Who would want to lose that much money off of a possible sale...why not go down to .017 or .0165... nope they drop to .015 No one in retail would do that... but MM's swapping shares or manipulating the PPS would... but dont anyone wake up the SEC..they might actually see something here and have to act on it...

Done and then they set the ASK back to .0177 and throw 199K on the share count... this is going to have a hard time getting to .02 but when it does it will explode. IMO
