Technically, we need to file the 2013Q1 to become current, not sure why Richard said that the 2012 10K was the most important filing in getting us current...perhaps because it is the most complex(audited) filing remaining? We have an email into Richard for clarification on that attorney letter. I expect things to start rolling along faster now. Even Richard says this in the letter...the 2012 10K was the last hurdle. 2013 Q1 should be a ground ball to the mound, as Smallville says. Holding nicely here.
