I asked my doctor about this fish oil swill and he started laughing.....he said it has no real value that a proper diet and exercise won't cure.....anyone else with a real problem needs to be on serious high end meds.....heck he wasn't even that big on any fish oil regimens......he said they will do you some good but it's blown way out of proportion by slick advertising and in his opinion borders on outright quackery......SNAKE OIL.
