"special fish oil" is on prescription, so tell me should so called "copy-cat drugs" for instance ramipril enalapril captopril be removed from the market too? because all they are are basically exactly the same drug with a minor modification which in turn increases a price by ridiculous amounts for possibly no change in efficacy?

you dont get that medicines no matter how small changes, no matter what the product, if it can cause a change in someones life and can improve their quality of life then its worth it and vascepa is definitely worth it no matter what the drug is at its core
