This Lawsuit talk is absolute nonsense!

Don't think for a second that a small lawsuit that vaguely involves VPLM will deter a major VOIP player from acquiring LI (and as importantly RBR and other patents), that’s a good one!!

Just look at Tumblr for example. They’re (along with Google) currently being sued by a company named Perfect 10, but Yahoo is now trying to buy Tumblr for how much? “1 BILLION DOLLARS” to start and there will certainly be other companies jumping in to party there. Also, more importantly there, Tumbler doesn't own any patents as important as LI,RBR, etc...

I can’t find any resolution to Perfect 10’s case, but it’s not stopping Yahoo from pursuing Tumblr. Also, Tumblr struggles to make only $13 Mill in revenue a year. I think with a little effort, it would be very easy for VP to make that in a month, but revenue isn’t what we’re after here with VP right now, either is current PPS, is it. I plan on holding VPLM for a couple more months before cashing out.
